PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards only. Please note: You must enter your billing address for all credit card purchases otherwise your purchase may not be accepted and processed.
We have a NO MINIMUM Order Policy. The volume you buy will be subject to what we have in stock at the time of your order. If we are out of stock on some items it will be noted on the web page. We will process back orders on some items, but we may not be able to process backorders on all products. Backorders will be subject to product availability.
All of our stock will be updated on a regular basis, but we may not always be able to get the same merchandise all the time.
SHIPPING:
We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $ 150.00.
Orders that are shipped within the United States (Domestic Shipments - 48 contiguous states) will be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Orders from $ 0.00 to $ 29.99 shipping fee is $ 6.00
Orders from $ 30.00 to $ 49.99 shipping fee is $ 7.00
Orders from $ 50.00 to $ 69.99 shipping fee is $ 8.00
Orders from $ 70.00 to $ 99.99 shipping fee is $ 9.00
Orders from $ 100.00 to $ 129.00 shipping fee is $ 10.00
Orders from $ 130.00 to $149.00 shipping fee is $11.00
Orders $ 150.00 and over FREE
US Postal Service to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO's & FPO's slightly higher rates may apply.
US Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to deliver. This does not include insurance. Please note this also does not include our processing time.
Most orders will ship within 24 hours of when payment has been received.
We ship Monday through Friday only, no shipping on Holiday's or Weekend's.
All costs for shipping may be subject to rate changes with the US Postal Service.

For First-Class Mail International (Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery) (There will be a Minimum Charge of $15.00)
All International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred. Including International Shipment and handling.
All costs for shipping may be subject to rate changes with Federal Express if applicable.
ORDERS:

We do not have a catalog at this time. We are strictly online.
RETURNS:
All of our products are 100% guaranteed. You have a choice of another item being shipped in its place or a refund.
Items must be return within 10 days of receipt. All products must be returned in "Unaltered condition".
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We will issue you an "Authorization Number" which must be on the package you are returning.
We can not refund any Shipping or Handling Fees. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the products.
